Towards the MiR05-Kit
- Powder mix to transport Medium easily: (information provided by Cathrine Le)
- Regarding the "powder mix:" I brought up mixes of BIOPS and MiR06, both according to your recipes. I mixed the dry chemicals of the BIOPS in a 1L nalgene bottle and added the stock liquids of both CaK2EGTA and K2EGTA during pH'ing.
