Participants: max. 25 persons (5 groups: 2 TPP + 3 Basic but still flexible)

Tutors TPP-group: not fully decided yet, depending on training of new collaborators: Michael E, Carolina D (TPP-project Nov?), Andrea E (or basic), Zuzana S (to be discussed)

Tutors basic-group: Schamim E (guest tutor), Dominik P (offered to come if needed), Andrea E (maybe; might join as a participant, depends on training)

Program: still needs to be discussed in detail, but probably start with hands-on and "Mitochondrial lectures", when Erich is there

Circular: when Katrin S is back, a circular to already "interested O2k-users" should be discussed (keep in mind how much space is still left)

Infrastructure: Anita W will ask for a second beamer; however buying a second beamer has been discussed

• Internal project Wiki: Discussion with Stefan Jud (Anita W; Anita P - if possible; Erich; and whoever is interested).

Intern Wiki Results

Stefan will make a copy of the current system without semantic (only system copy without any contents) and ask to Luggi to install it on his server (like this the Internal wiki will also be avaialbe from abroad. This copy might then also be used for further intern wikis.

Whether "parts" (e.g. all pages from a certain category) can be transfered together from the "intern" to the "extern" wiki will be checked by Stefan (is there maybe a special program that enables this feature?)

1. Luggi [email protected] muss die Person im Server registrieren und die entsprechenden Zugangsrechte einstellen (Zugang im Outlook; Zugang auf dem Server zb. alles oder nur "General,Projects" etc.)
2. nachdem Luggi den User angelegt hat, schicket eine E-mail mit Username und passwort, dann kann die E-mail im Outlook eingerichtet werden
3. die "Zugangsbeschränkungen" bei neuen Laptops muss Luggi vor Ort vornehmen

Outlook starten

1. Menü: Extras > Kontoeinstellungen > E-Mail > Neu
2. E-Mail Dienst: „Microsoft Exchange“ auswählen
3. Name, E-mail Adresse und Kennwort eingeben
4. Servereinstellumgen manuell √ ankreuzen

1) Hier der link auf der Webseite – wo die Info zu den Abstracts steht und auch das Abstract Template zum runterladen ist: http://www.oroboros.at/index.php?id=abstract

2) die Kursteilnehmer schicken das Abstract auf die [email protected]

3) dann wird das Abstract auf die Wiki gestellt wie folgt:

• Abstract Extension: http://www.bioblast.at/index.php/Special:AbstractsExtension
• Felder ausfüllen (Autoren, Titel, Jahr, MiPNet) - siehe Anleitung auf der Website (siehe Punkt 4)
• die MiPNet nummer ist die gleiche wie die des Workshop-Programmes (Erich nach der Nummer fragen).
• Für IOC65 ist es MiPNet16.03
• der Abstractname bildet sich automatisch aus erstem Autor und MiPNet nr. (zb. Gnaiger_MiPNet16.03)
