O2k-Fluo LED2-Module
Description | The Fluorescence O2k-MultiSensor Module is a modular extension of the Oxygraph-2k (O2k-MultiSensor System), adding a new dimension to HRR. Optical probes are inserted through the front window of the O2k-glass chamber, for measurement of hydrogen peroxide production (Amplex red), ATP production (Mg green), mt-membrane potential (Safranin), Ca2+ (Ca green), and numerous other applications open for O2k-user innovation. The Fluorescence O2k-Module consists of four optical probes (green or blue excitation), optical filters, front fixation of the optical probes to the glass windows of the O2k-chamber, two black PEEK stoppers (with single central titration port), electronic control of light intensity, data input into the O2k-MultiSensor system, and the new DatLab 5 software.
The Fluorescence O2k-Module can be used with the O2k Series D and E, as an add-on to the MultiSensor system. Upgrading O2k Series A to C can also be achieved. The first series of the Fluorescence O2k-MultiSensor Module will be completed by beginning of April 2012, and will be delivered in April 2012, for orders received by end of January 2012. We will offer a 2-days O2k-Fluorimetry Workshop on 15/16 March 2012 in Innsbruck, Austria. |
