Title

Not capitalized


Authors

Presenting author's surname + first name (+ initials of additional first name)

Co-authors' surname + initials.

If authors are based at different institutions provide a superscript to indicate their affiliations and use subsequent comma


Affiliations

Separate affiliations by semicolons and link to authors using superscripts Use abbreviations for โ€œDepartment, University, etc.โ€ (Dep, Univ)

Presenting author's email address is given at the end of all affiliations
