Air calibration
From Bioblast
Air calibration is together with zero calibration one of the two steps of the POS calibration, see [MiPNet12.08]. It is done at open chamber after zero( +/- 1 pmol (s ml)) has been achieved. Unlike zero calibration but like the stirrer Air calibration should be done before each experiment (and does not take any extra time). See [Raw signal]] for the signal to expect during Air calibration.
