Description
The LEAK control ratio is an index of uncoupling or dyscoupling at constant ETS capacity. L/E increases with uncoupling from a theoretical minimum of 0.0 for a fully coupled system, to 1.0 for a fully uncoupled (non-coupled) system. See also LEAK state.
Abbreviation: L/E
