MitoKit-CII/Malonate-nv (diacetoxymethyl malonate) is a plasma membrane-permeable prodrug (permeable malonate; Mnanv) that diffuses across the plasma membrane. Application in HRR

Malonate-nv: 10 mg, 7.7 ยตL, 5.24 M, MW=248.1 g.mol-1
Preparation of 100 mM stock solution:
  1. Add 395.78 ยตL DMSO in 7.7 ยตL NV161.
  2. Divide into 40 ยตL portions.
  3. Store up to 6 months at -20 ยฐC or up to 1 week at room temperature.
Preparation of 10 mM stock solution of Mnanv (from the 100 mM stock):
  1. Dilute 40 ยตL 100 mM stock solution with 360 ยตL DMSO.
  2. Divide into 100 ยตL portions.
  3. Store up to 6 months at -20 ยฐC or up to 1 week at room temperature.
