Evaluate an example of low-resolution terminology: Uncoupling was studied in stressed cells by measurement of coupled respiration, evaluation of uncoupled respiration after inhibition with oligomycin, and FCCP titration to quantify uncoupled respiration.

Bioblast editors

A Bioblast editor may select an O2k-Publication (or a small number of related publications), particularly from a MiPNet Reference Laboratory, may get in contact with the particular reference lab, update info on the lab, and ‘present’ the lab in the alert. A term may be selected (perhaps related to the publication), updated, discussed in our group, and then presented in the alert. An editor does not even have to present an entire alert, but may prepare individual ‘points’, which then can be added to a particular alert. As Bioblast is updated, the updated ‘article’ (term, publication etc) can be added to the prepared points for a future alert.
