The production of a flyer/folder and poster for dissemination purposes of our MitoEAGLE project is included in Grant Period 1 with 2,700.- EUR.

The Core Group discussed a specific offer of Impact Ltd to produce a 4-page flyer/leaflet, to be completed by March 2017 within the limits of our budget (without poster). Details and comments from the Core Group (and from another COST Action) to this offer are summarized here:

A decision should be made by end of October, if we want to go ahead with this option.

I was contacted by the director of the journal ‚Impact‘. Further Email correspondence and a telephone call resulted in a description of how a publication and 4-page flyer or leaflet might be completed by March 2017 within the limits of our budget. The details are summarized here:

At present, I do not know of any superior alternative. I would greatly appreciate to hearing your oppinion. A decision should be made by end of October, if we want to go ahead with this option.

This information is sent primarily to the Core Group. Probably we should have a quick e-vote by the Management Committee for a final decision.
